Qualifying competitions are conducted either independently or through existing partner competitions across Europe. Each of these competitions encompasses specific categories and sets a certain points threshold that competitors must surpass to qualify. This threshold ranges from 107 to 150 points to ensure qualification for the IDC European Championship. It is important to note that qualified competitors are not obligated to apply for the European Championship; it is solely their decision.

The aim of qualifying competitions is to gather a larger number of dancers from across Europe and to qualify those who exceed the points threshold for the European Championship. All participants from European countries can apply and qualify at organized qualifying competitions in the offered countries. Additionally, dancers and clubs have the option to apply for multiple qualifying competitions.

The deadline for each competition, along with details on submitting photos and application links, will be announced in accordance with the competition schedule.
